Please note that we have two methods of pricing and shipping.
1) Those items, such as jewelry and weather stations that are priced with "shipping", or "shipping and insurance" included may require 3 to 4 days to ship.
2) Those items that do not include shipping charges in our price but added at the time of checkout, will normally ship within 1 or 2 working days.
Shipments are generally UPS or USPS (normally priority mail). Generally orders falling in category 2 (above) received prior to 1 p.m. Central Time will be shipped the same day if USPS or within 24 hours if UPS. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following regular working day.
Any shipments to be returned must have an RA (return authorization) number. If you have a return shipment, please contact us via e-mail with the details and further instructions will be sent to you along with the RA.
Please do not return anything to us without PRIOR authorization.
