Those items that do not include shipping charges in our price but added at the time of checkout, will normally ship within 1 or 2 working days.
Shipments are by the United States Postal System (USPS) priority mail. Recipe Book orders received prior to 1 p.m. Central Time will be shipped the same day via priority mail. If you wish the books to be sent at media rates, please e-mail us (customerservice@shopsbyron.com) for a quote. Keep in mind that media rates, though low cost, may take up to two weeks. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following regular working day.
Any shipments to be returned must have an RA (return authorization) number. If you have a return shipment, please contact us via e-mail with the details and further instructions will be sent to you along with the RA.
Please do not return anything to us without PRIOR authorization.
